The hottest new model of 2010 season. This unique model offers a custom made full size flat top griddle, heavy duty custom made with a spout to drain off any unwanted grease. The pull over hinged lid makes the griddle look really sweet. This model also has a two to four pan steam table section too. Print out our schematics files for your health department approval.
