The 200 is one of our most popular models, with the capacity to cook up over 500 hot dogs per hour. Has 5-6” deep 1/3 size steam table pans. Great for all of those fairs, festivals and special events that require a larger volume of service in a short time. You may also download schematics for the health department approval process.
